TERRY PARTINGTON

Real Estate Developer; Director Civil Engineering and Land Use Planning

Terry Partington has over 45 years of experience in real estate development and for the past 28 years has provided consulting and management services. For 12 years Terry held senior executive positions with Campeau Corporation, responsible for 8 million square feet of income properties and developments throughout Western Canada and the US. He also spent five years as Director of Development with Minto Developments Ltd. for its properties in the Ottawa area. Terry started his career in civil engineering and for 12 years directed engineers and environmental specialists in the planning and design of major civil and transportation projects in southern Ontario. 

Some of Terry’s noteworthy projects include Quest University, in Squamish, BC; Mulgrave Independent School, in West Vancouver; the adaptive reuse of Vancouver’s BC Hydro Building; the heritage renovation of Vancouver’s Marine Building and the development of Microsoft’s corporate campus near Seattle as well as 875 acres of residential communities.
